Once your order is placed, we will handmake it. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is essential to us, so if there is a problem, please don’t hesitate to ask us any questions. Please note that all our products may vary since they are all handmade. Colors may also look slightly different due to screen and lighting.

Our standard processing time is 3-4 weeks unless otherwise stated in the description, with an additional 3-5 business days for standard US shipping and an estimated 2 weeks for standard international shipping. Bulk paper flower orders are only taken on a project-by-project basis, so please check availability. We ship through the USPS, and all USPS orders come with tracking.
